List of things you need for accessing free courses on Coursera:
A Coursera account, if you don't have you can create HERE.
Credit card, you won't be charged a single penny.
Steps for free courses:
Log into your Coursera account.
Select course you want to complete (e.g. Google IT Support Professional Certificate search it on the search bar). as shown below.
We know that a Specialization is a group of courses, so scroll it and select any course which you want to do, (e.g. Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking). as shown in below image.
Now click on Enroll for free, after clicking on enroll for free, you will see a page like this.
Now just under the upper banner you will see a line like this "Audit the Single course", click on that line or link.
Now question is what does Auditing means(Auditing means that you can access all course videos their readings and practice exercises, but you can't access their Graded Assessment, eventually you can access them but, you can't submit them for Certificate, it's okay for now stay tune for solution).
Now you have access to all their content for free without any Credit Card, but with this you are not qualified for Certificate now, now study all their content like readings, videos, practice exercises.
After completing all their content, I recommend that you also have to read their Graded Assessment questions, it will help you in next step.
Now go to any Graded assessment of any week, move directly to last question and click on upgrade to submit, as shown below.
Now click on start free trial, then it will ask you about you credit card data enter it and again click on start free trial.
Main work starts from here, I told you that you have to read graded assessment, now questions will help you here, complete all your assignments within 7-days (you have to complete them if you want to save money, there is no other method), do it with in 5-6 days, now after completing you'll get a certificate, from Google and Coursera, now you can cancel your subscription by visiting "My Purchases" by clicking on your profile.
Congrats you'll got a professional Certificate without spending money.
You have to repeat all these processes for different courses or specialization.
One thing here to keep in mind that for Specializations, the trial is only for 7 days for all courses, so you have to complete all of them with in 7 days (So take your time in reviewing all practice exercises, videos stuff, graded assessment before starting you trial).(e.g. in case of Google IT Support, we have 5 courses in this specialization, you'll get only 7 days to complete all of them, it doesn't matter that you complete the assessments in 1 day or 2 day, do it before 7 days).
You can repeat the same process for almost all courses and specializations (not all).
Take care that if you are not able to Complete all courses of a Specialization or a single course, go to "My Purchases" and cancel your subscription before 7-days, otherwise they'll charge you, but in auditing you can access the content for free without any credit card for 5 - 6 months I guess.
You can also skip directly to "Start free trial" thing, in case if you only want certificate and have enough knowledge about the course for certificate. After getting certificate you can cancel the subscription.
That's it for this post from Hack Store Shop, if you have any recommendations let me know in comments.
